Mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before any material information is exchanged. For buy-side clients, we formalize the acquisition mandate criteria at this stage.

Target identification and outreach

We identify and approach targets through our proprietary network. Initial contact is relationship-first — no unsolicited financial solicitation at this stage.

Management introduction and site visit

Qualified introductions are made between buyer and seller. We coordinate management meetings, site visits, and facilitate the initial due diligence dialogue.

LOI negotiation and due diligence

We support LOI drafting and negotiation, coordinate legal and financial advisors, and manage the due diligence process to keep timelines on track.

Close and optional integration support
